Description

Doubling shows on the lower left side of the 7th Memorial column to the right of the statue’s legs. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge touches the bottom of the second zero in the date. A small die gouge touches the lower right tip of the second T in TRUST. A small die gouge can be found below the B in LIBERTY. A small die gouge can be found right of the earlobe on the sideburn area. Reverse: A die crack runs north from the bottom of the 2nd column then northeast onto the cornice. A small die chip is present on the lower left 2nd column on the previously mentioned die crack. A small die gouge can be found below the middle crossbar of the E of UNITED. A small die gouge touches the lower right side of the upright of the E in AMERICA. A small die gouge can be found to the left of the lower second A in AMERICA. A small die gouge touches the lower left inside of the O in ONE. Obverse:
