Description

Doubling shows on the right side of the statue’s left knee. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found right of the top of the R in TRUST. A die gouge can be found below and right of the second T in TRUST. A die gouge can be found right of the top of the Y in LIBERTY. A vertical die gouge can be found well north and a bit right of the B of VDB abutting the bottom of a jacket fold. Reverse: Die gouges can be found above the left Memorial cornice and left roof. A die gouge can be found below the first A in AMERICA. A die gouge can be found left of the middle of the I in AMERICA. A die gouge can be found left of the lower Memorial base. A die gouge can be found to the right of the lower T in CENT.
