Description
Doubling shows between the left side of the chair and the statue’s right leg. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found near the rim well south of the right side of the last 0 in the date. Vertical die clash marks can be seen behind the neck and on the angle of the jaw just under the beard and a horizontal die clash can be found inside the ear. A small die gouge can be found below the right side of the G in GOD. A die gouge can be found below and just right of the D in GOD. A die gouge can be found above and left of the V in VDB. Reverse: A die gouge can be found above the F in FG. Two linear die gouges can be found below and right of the right base tip.
