Bar extended from the bottom of the knee to the upper base below the feet to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: Heavy die gouge below I in LIBERTY. Stage B: Heavy polishing lines within the folds of Lincoln's jacket. Reverse: Stage A: Minute die chip right of the lowermost aspect of column 7. Die chip left of the roof. Stage B: Die chip right of column 7 still present. Die break at the top of the second memorial column. Obverse:
