Description
An extremely strong partial image of the Memorial floor and steps can be seen at the bottom of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Memorial bays. Bar runs from the elbow to the middle of the knee to the right of the statue on the seventh memorial column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from SW to NE to the right of the Y in LIBERTY. Parallel die scratches run NE from the vest to the left of the 1 in the date. Reverse: Light die scratches run from north to south through bays 7 through 11. Obverse:
