Description
Parts of extra Memorial columns can be seen in the lower 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 10th Memorial bays from a very wide spread to the east from an offset hub (Class IV). Nearly a full extra column shows in the 11th Memorial bay. The top of the post to the left of the steps can be found in the lower 2nd bay. Die Markers: Obverse: Numerous die scratches run mostly from SSW to NNE to the left and to the right of the bust. A die scratch runs from SW to NE through the O of GOD. A die scratch runs from SW to NE through the left side of the 1st 9 in the date. Reverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the lower 1st A in AMERICA. Two short die gouges can be found at the top of the 1st Memorial bay. Obverse:
