1989 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-010

Description

Very close extra thickness shows on USA, E PLURIBUS, the dot between the E and P, the designer’s initials, and ONE CENT. Notches show on the lower second A in AMERICA, and the upper N’s in ONE and CENT. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse has the doubling from 1989 1¢ WWHO-002. Reverse: A short die gouge extends from the lower left of the N in ONE. A die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the T in CENT. A die scratch runs NW/SE between the upper 10th and 11th Memorial columns. Obverse:
