Description

Extra thickness shows on USA, EPU, ONE CENT, and the designer’s initials. Notches are visible on the lower A’s and the R in AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse die has been heavily abraded with numerous vertical die scratches running through the 84 in the date. A strong die scratch runs SSE from the bottom of the T in LIBERTY. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: The reverse die has been heavily abraded with many die scratches throughout the reverse. A die gouge can be found between the upper N and T in CENT. Obverse:
