1984 Atypical Die Clash ADC-1C-1984-07

Description

ADC-1c-1984-07 This 1984P Lincoln cent has underwent three clash events. All three of the individual events have the familiar 5° rotation from the strike to the clash. The overlay above shows the strongest of the three events This coin is courtesy of Joe Koelling. The obverse die shows the multitude of clash marks left by the three events. The image below shows a single clash event, while the next image under that one shows clear evidence of the three events.
