1982 Atypical Die Clash ADC-25C-1982-01

Description

ADC-25c-1982-01 This 1982-P Washington quarter is in a VLDS condition. However, the die clash is strong on both the obverse and reverse dies. The above images of the obverse die, show parts of the eagle’s wings clashed into the field in front of and behind Washington’s head. The image below shows the outline of Washington’s head in the field to the left of the eagle’s head and in its left wing.
