Description
The 1974-D Doubled Die Obverse DDO-001 is a doubled die obverse (DDO) variety, where a misalignment during the die hubbing process created visible doubling on the obverse design elements. This variety was discovered on the 1974 (D) Kennedy Half Dollar, part of the Kennedy Half Dollars Clad and Silver Proof 1971 to Date series.
