Description
Doubling shows as a light spread on AMERICA, ONE CENT, and FG, with strong notching on R and C in AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die scratch is present above Lincoln’s eyelid. Possible die scratches in the back of Lincoln’s hair and through the ear. Multidirectional die scratches run through GOD WE TRUST. N/S die scratches run through and under RT in LIBERTY. Reverse: Mostly NNW die scratches run under and through ERIC in AMERICA. Die scratches run mostly northwest and west through ONE CENT.
