Description
A Class V CW spread from a pivot at about 7:00 shows on the letters of ONE CENT, USA, EPU, and the left side of the Memorial building. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A short die gouge runs north from the top of the 2nd T in STATES. A horizontal die scratch can be found at the top of the 6th bay. Two parallel die scratches run from SSW to ENE through the top of the 10th and 11th bays.
