Description
1967 WMDO-001 is a doubled master die obverse on the 1967 Kennedy half dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY and the second strand of hair under the R of LIBERTY show a very close spread, and there is very minor doubling elsewhere. Because the doubling sits in the master die, Wexler notes the obverse and reverse die markers differ from one working die to the next. John Bordner submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
