Description
1964-D WDDR-015 is a doubled die reverse on the 1964-D Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. A counterclockwise (CCW) spread pivoting at 10:00 is strong on DIME and weaker on AMERICA, ONE, the flame tips, UNUM's M and the left dot of E PLURIBUS UNUM. On LIBERTY's R, slightly above left center, is a gouge. On the reverse, a gouge sits on the upper left of ONE's O, and a die chip lies on the top right of the lower right cluster of oak leaves. James Killian submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
