Description
1964-D WDDR-006 is a doubled die reverse on the 1964-D Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. A spread toward the center appears on NUM of UNUM, E PLU, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DIME. The obverse has a Blunt Tail 9. A short diagonal gouge sits over TRUST's U, and a NNW scratch links the nose with the bottom right of LIBERTY's R. On the reverse, gouges lie right of the lower part of AMERICA's first A, under AMERICA's M and inside DIME's D. Frank Baumann submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
