The 1964-D Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-016 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1964 (D) Lincoln Memorial Cent, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Obverse: Die gouge from upper right vertical bar of T in LIBERTY just under the horizontal crossbar. Reverse: Two short, vertical die gouges to the left of the upper right M in AMERICA. Die gouge from under loop of P in PLURIBUS and inside first U in PLURIBUS. Die gouge (dot) between first T in STATES and E in PLURIBUS. Short vertical die gouge to left of the middle of T in UNITED.
