1961 Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-003

Description

A close Class II tripled spread towards the center shows best on the L, I and E of LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A short, vertical die gouge can be found to the right of the top of the R in LIBERTY. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the lower R in LIBERTY. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the F in OF.
