Description

A Class II spread towards the rim shows on the letters of IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: Small Date. Die scratches run from SSW to NNE above the I and B in LIBERTY. Die scratches run from west to east on the lower shoulder. Reverse: Numerous nearly horizontal die scratches can be found in the 9th Memorial bay. Obverse:
