Description
A Class II spread towards the center shows on LIBERTY and IGWT. The spread on IGWT decreases from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Small Date. A die gouge runs from SSW to NNE through the hair on the upper part of the head between GOD and WE. A die scratch runs from SW to NE to the left of and above the bowtie. Reverse: A die scratch runs from NNW to SSE through the top of the Memorial aand into the top of the 4th bay. A die short scratch runs from SSW to NNE on the right base of the Memorial. Obverse:
