The 1960 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-009 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1960 Lincoln Memorial Cent - Small Date, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Obverse: Die scratches run in multiple directions through the 19 in the date. Other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found above the P in EPU. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the second A in AMERICA. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the designer’s initials.
