Description
TDC-1c-1956-02 is a typical die clash on a 1956 Lincoln Wheat cent, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes, from two clash events. The obverse die carries two sets of clash marks, though they are not easy to see. Part of the N from CENT shows at Lincoln's throat, and the top of the E clashed just ahead of the 1 in the date. On the reverse die there is a faint mark running up from the right side of CENT's N to the base of ONE's E.
