Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClass II doubling shows on STATES OF AMERICA, increasing from left to right. Slight doubling shows on CENTS, LLO of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Heavy curved die gouge above small right window at roof line; series of die gouges to lower left of small right window.
