Doubling shows on the left upper wheat lines. Die Markers: Obverse: Trumpet Tail Mintmark. The obverse is an RPM that is listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1946-S 1¢ WRPM-017. It is an S/S West. N/S die scratches through the left upper side of the 9 in the date. Die scratches south from the T in LIBERTY. Reverse: None noted. Obverse:
