Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClass II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, STATES OF AMERICA and CENTS. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratch below LIB of LIBERTY. Reverse: Many die gouges around ME of AMERICA; series of die scratches through and below LLO of MONTICELLO; series of die gouges to right of M of UNUM.
