1942 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-001

Description

A CCW spread from a pivot at about 8:00 shows on STATES OF AMERICA, EPU, and slightly on the uppermost leaves of the right branch.Die Markers: Obverse: A strong die scratch runs WNW from the lower left 2 in the date. Reverse: A die scratch runs west from the upper right first S in STATES.
