Description
The 1939 Doubled Die Reverse DDR-006 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1939 Lincoln Wheat Cent, part of the Lincoln Wheat Cents 1909-1958 series. Die markers: UVC-1432 DMR-016 Stage A: Reverse and Obverse are EMDS Stage B: Reverse is MDS Light die crack over V.D.B. – MDS Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed).
