Description
1936-D WDDO-001 is a doubled die obverse on the 1936-D San Diego (California Pacific International Exposition) commemorative half dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY, HALF DOLLAR and EVREKA show a strong, quadrupled Class II spread toward the center. On the obverse, many scratches cross HALF DOLLAR. On the reverse, a scratch links the C of PACIFIC with INT in INTERNATIONAL. Wexler notes no submitter and lists no cross-references.
