The 1921 Philippine Fifty Centavos is a United States cent from the Philippines Fifty Centavos 1903-1945 series — a late issue, 12th of 15 years in the series. The obverse features a female figure standing beside an anvil, similar to but larger than the twenty centavos and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield. Minted during and after World War I, as America emerged as a global power and experienced the prosperity of the Roaring Twenties. Struck in silver. A notable auction result reached $2.9K in MS63 grade at Heritage Auctions. Designed by Melecio Figueroa.
