Closed 9's. Reverse C3f - O mint mark set high and tilted very far to the right. DPIS - RH3/LH5 ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # 1899-O VAM-10 is the EDS of 1899-O VAM-10B but NOT 1899-O VAM-10A (a different die pair).
