=1890-P VAM-8 Doubled 1-90= Discovered by Leonard Hinckley, February 1974. 8 III2 8 - C3a (Doubled 1-90) ( ) Obverse III2 8 - 1 doubled below upper crossbar as a short spike. Closed 9 slightly doubled at bottom inside of both loops, on left and right outside of upper loop and at top left outside of lower loop. 0 slightly doubled at bottom inside and as a curved line top left outside.
