Reverse C3h - Left C mint mark doubled at top inside. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # The exact same obverse die was used to produce both the 1890-CC VAM-4 (TailBar) and the 1890-CC VAM-12.
