The 1867 Proof Two Cent Pattern - J-555 is a proof two-cent pattern struck at the Philadelphia Mint, part of the Reconstruction Era Patterns (1866-1869) series. It was struck from the regular 1867 two-cent dies, so its design matches the regular coin; only the metal differs. Judd lists it in copper-nickel with a plain edge, and USPatterns.com rates it R-8.
