Description
The 1794 Mule Talbot - Earl Howe London Edge is a coin produced at the Philadelphia Mint as part of the Post-1776 Private and Regional Issues (1778-1820) series. Produced during the earliest years of the United States Mint, when the young republic was establishing its monetary system and coinage traditions. Struck at the original U.S. Mint facility, in continuous operation since 1792. Struck in copper, weighing 10.5 grams, 29 mm in diameter, with a lettered: london edge. Cataloged as PCGS #979.
