The 1792 Washington President Eagle Reverse - Lettered Edge Half Dollar is a half dollar from the Philadelphia Mint, belonging to the Washington Pieces (1783-1800) series. Produced during the earliest years of the United States Mint, when the young republic was establishing its monetary system and coinage traditions.
