The 1792 Bronze Token Washington President General Reverse, Plain Edge is filed under WASHINGTON PRESIDENT - Legend Reverse in the Washington Pieces (1783-1800) series. These pieces carry the reverse legend GENERAL OF THE AMERICAN ARMIES 1775 RESIGNED 1783 PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES 1789 in ten lines. Baker lists it with the WASHINGTON PRESIDENT 1792 obverse as No. 59 (in copper, also with the edge UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) and with the GEO. WASHINGTON BORN VIRGINIA obverse as No. 60; both obverses are from the dies of the 1792 eagle pieces. It is catalogued as Baker-59, Musante GW-35. PCGS lists it as #717.
