Description
The legendary Brasher Doubloon with Ephraim Brasher's "EB" hallmark stamped on the eagle's breast. One of the most famous and valuable American coins, struck by New York goldsmith Ephraim Brasher in 1787. Only 7 specimens are known. The "Breast Punch" variety is rarer than the "Wing Punch" and is considered the premier colonial American gold coin.
