Cataloged under Wexler Variety ID 2025-P 25¢ SPM WDDR-002, this Philadelphia Stacey Park Milbern quarter carries a doubled die reverse with southward doubling on Milbern's extended hand and sleeve. The obverse is also listed as WDDO-002 with a slight doubled eyelid to the south, making this a dual doubled die pairing. Obverse markers include thin die cracks along the nose tip and on the mouth, plus die gouges on the ponytail right of TRUST and the front of the forehead. The reverse shows a thin crack along the wheelchair seat bottom, northwest-southeast scratches left of the extended hand and armrest, and gouges left of S in STACEY, below T in UNITED, below A in DISABILITY, left of R in AMERICA, and above T in JUSTICE.
