The 2025 (D) American Innovation Dollar - Arkansas, Position B is a dollar produced at the Denver Mint as part of the American Innovation Dollars 2018 to Date series. The U.S. Mint produced 405,000 examples, making this the lowest mintage among 16 mint variants, representing only 5% of total production. The obverse features the Statue of Liberty with a geared background representing innovation and the reverse displays rotating designs honoring innovations and innovators from each state and territory. This coin honors Raye Montague, the pioneering African American naval engineer who created the first computer-generated design of a naval ship, transforming the shipbuilding process. Hawaii (surfing — Duke Kahanamoku), Idaho (television — Philo Farnsworth), Missouri (the ice cream cone — 1904 World's Fair), and Arkansas (Walmart and modern retail innovation — Sam Walton).
