Description
The 2024 (P) American Innovation Dollar - Missouri, Position A is a dollar produced at the Philadelphia Mint as part of the American Innovation Dollars 2018 to Date series. Total mintage reached 524,325. The obverse features the Statue of Liberty with a geared background representing innovation, while the reverse displays rotating designs honoring innovations and innovators from each state and territory. Designed by Justin Kunz (obverse) / various reverse designers. Struck in 88.5% copper, 6% zinc, 3.5% manganese and 2% nickel, weighing 8.1 grams, 26.49 mm in diameter, with a lettered edge.
