Description

CU-25c-2005P-05(WV), a rim cud documented for the 2005 Philadelphia West Virginia State Quarter, reflects the enormous production volume that characterized the 50 State Quarters Program, where Philadelphia and Denver together struck hundreds of millions of each design.
