1995 (P) Lincoln Memorial Cent - Radical MAD Die Clash MDC-1C-1995-02

Description

MDC-1c-1995-02 is a radical misaligned (MAD) die clash on a 1995-P Lincoln Memorial cent, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes. It has none of the peripheral lettering that usually goes with this type of clash. Instead, the column area of the reverse left remains of clash marks at the edge of the obverse die. The exact columns cannot be pinned down, but the spacing and width of the marks leave little doubt about which design element made them. Two arced lines to the right of the marks are not part of these clashes; whether they are collar clashes or further MAD clashes cannot be determined.
