The 1976 Blank Patterns are unstruck dime-size and quarter-size blanks from Gould Incorporated, dated (1976) by NGC and numbered by Roger W. Burdette (RB-2000 to RB-2200). Gould promoted compressed and sintered titanium for a small-size dollar in the late 1970s (E-Sylum, NGC).
