The 1967 Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-002 is a doubled die obverse (DDO) variety, where a misalignment during the die hubbing process created visible doubling on the obverse design elements. This variety was discovered on the 1967 Lincoln Memorial Cent, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Obverse: A short, horizontal die gouge can be found below the B in LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found to the right of the vest south of the 9 in the date. Reverse: A short vertical die scratch can be found to the right of the upper I in AMERICA.
