Description
A very strong Class I CCW spread shows on USA, ONE DIME, the dots, EPU, the flames, both lower stems, and the outer leaves. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: None recorded. Obverse Stage B: Heavy die scratches SW from the lips and chin. Short die scratch south from the bust just left of the 1 in the date. Reverse Stage A: Series of die scratches NE from the right side of the flame. Small die gouge (dot) centered between the M of AMERICA and the right upper oak leaf. Reverse Stage B: Die clash from the left lower olive leaf through the lower olive and through the L of PLURIBUS. N/S die scratch between and extending below the IC of AMERICA.
