Description

Among the final-year Franklin Half Dollars, DDR-014 preserves medium spread on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF, with doubling intensity decreasing from left to right — a directional gradient that helps classify the hub displacement geometry. Die stage tracking provides a detailed production timeline: UVC-263, DMR-040. Stage A shows both reverse and obverse in Early Die State (EDS), indicating the variety can be found on crisp early strikes. Stage B transitions to Mid-Die State (MDS), unconfirmed.
