Description
A Class II spread towards the center shows on the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A WSW/ENE die gouge runs through the lower L in LIBERTY. Short die gouges protrude from the lower left of the I, the lower left of the B, and the lower left of the E in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die scratch runs from WNW to ESE through the ES of STATES and the upper dot to the O in OF.
