Description

The 1936 Robinson Half Dollar is a half dollar produced at the Philadelphia Mint as part of the Classic Silver Commemoratives (1892-1954) series. With a mintage of 25,265, this is a scarce issue. The obverse features designs varying by commemorative issue, each authorized by an individual act of Congress, while the reverse displays designs varying by commemorative issue. Designed by Everett Burr/Henry Kreis. Struck in 90% silver, 10% copper, weighing 12.5 grams, 30.6 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #9369.
