A die gouge can be found to the right of the E in LIBERTY. Reverse: The reverse is an RPM variety listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1936-D 10¢ WRPM-009. It is a D/D East. A short die scratch connects the upper N and I in UNITED. SW/NE die scratches run through the E in AMERICA.
