Description
The 1935-M Philippine Ten Centavos is a ten centavos coin from the Manila Mint, belonging to the Philippines Ten Centavos 1903-1945 series. The obverse features a male figure seated beside a hammer and anvil and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield. Struck during the Great Depression, when mintages dropped sharply and the United States abandoned the gold standard in 1933. Auction record: $960 MS66 05-16-2022 Stack's Bowers.
